When it rain a river flow through my garage and relocating a washer/dryer into the garage blocked part of the garage man door. I posted the job on Thumbtack that I needed to remove and wall up the existing door, pour 6" concrete at the base of the old door to match the existing perimeter and cut/install a new door in a different location. Kelly's estimate beat his competition. He was very clear what were included. He arrived early, walked around the garage listening to my concerns, then we agreed on the work he will complete in 2 days. He was very clear how long it would take and supplies he needed to get, down to the detail of which garage door to buy, which direction it needed to swing and hardware to install. As promised, two days later Kelly and his assistant was done and cleaned up. I'm very happy with my new door and no more worrying about rain flooding the garage.

I hired Kelly to repair 8 things at my property in Hayward. He not only showed up for our appointment early but got started before I arrived and was well on his way when I got there. He told me the materials he needed at Home Depot with descriptions and I picked them up with my card so I know there was no up selling involved. He handled two electrical issues, three carpentry tasks, and even though he told me they were not his expertise he tinkered with two appliances until he fixed them too. His prices were very reasonable and fair and I will not only be hiring him to complete any repairs in the future but jobs that I've been putting off as well because I thought they would be too expensive. Experienced, kind, courteous and multiple payments methods make my my review 5 stars. Thanks so much!
