- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time we go to the location where the work will be performed - assess, measure and send a quote. Customer review quote - accept or decline - accepts through email- we then perform the job and convert the quote to an invoice- email away - customer can pay online or by check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be a VP of Operations for a company that specializes in maintenance of public spaces and buildings in SFO. I managed a 24/7 pressure washing operation that serviced 3 major districts in the city of San Francisco - financial district all the way down Civic Center.
