Steve and his son came to my house and power washed all my concrete patio and pathways. He was very accommodating with my schedule and arrived on time per our appointment. They used hot water and sanitizer to clean some pet stains and it came out better than I expected. I would happily hire a Steve again. Highly recommended!

Maybe I’m used to be dealing with poor customer service from places like Comcast but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received with Hot Shot. I was quoted a lower price than I was given with a competitor and they were able to schedule me quickly. Steve arrived on time and did a fabulous job. My back patio deck and driveway haven’t looked this new in ages.
