Made the arrangements with the owner of the company & when his crew arrived they were given inaccurate information so they had to leave to make a purchase. Were gone about an hour. Then a bit later said they needed something else. Left for another hour. Came back & had to snake both of my clean outs. Before leaving said they snaked 16 feet & that I still had a clog. I believe any reputable company would have proper equipment. A 16 ft snake is something small anyone can purchase. Standard for any plumbing company should be at least 100 if they’re working on a home. They said the issue was in my main except that my main is further than they snaked so I’m not sure how they came to that conclusion. They did replace my garbage disposal as we thought that was the initial issue. It was spinning when they got here. An honest company would have said that the issue was due to a deeper clog & that the disposal was functioning just fine. 4 1/2 hours & $300 later nothing was solved. Having to call another company & fork out more time & money. They also chipped my newly painted walls.

We scheduled an appointment with Outright Solutions. Everything was confirmed for an arrival window between 10-10:30am the next day, as well as the price, address, and all details. The day of, as the arrival window was ending, I reached out via text to request an ETA, and there was no response. Not only did the company never show up for the appointment, they never reached out to state that they would be late, need to reschedule, or even give some sort explanation after the fact. This is terrible customer service, an unreliable company, and I would advise against doing any business with them. Please save your time and book your project with someone else.
