Mario was very prompt and professional. I requested a day before our first appt and he followed up with questions, answers, and guidance. He even offered to purchase the parts since we did not know what parts we needed for both TVs. He’s is very knowledgeable on other house needs, so definitely ask him questions because he’s either the resource or has other resources. Also, he’s a solid listener, empathetic, relatable, and is attentive. Cleans his stations and isn’t afraid to ask for something while on site so the work can be completed timely for your time. We are going to keep him a resource. Worth the connection. Connect with him and you will never regret it!
