For tenants or rental owners or new home buyers or sellers, I provide deep cleaning. For those that need it, I also offer a full in-depth move-in/move-out inspection report recognized by all courts.
Special cabinet resurfacing is available. Special grout cleaning and resealing is available for all surface stone.
Construction can leave behind a mess; we would love to help you get all cleaned up!
Hand-washed blind service is available. Residential window tint removal is available. Weekly and biweekly cleaning services are available.
We also offer furniture rearranging and room set up services, if you need help choosing your new room design or maybe you just want to redesign the space you have had for years! We are available.

Phyllis really knows her stuff. I HIGHLY recommend her services to get a household or commercial space in order. She physically brought everything back to life: floors, countertops, appliances, glassware etc. She found an incredibly sentimental item that I had thought was lost forever and even my husband (who is not one to comment on our house) noticed how amazing our glass antiques looked. I knew from that moment that her services were well worth every penny. She is also extremely funny which in my eyes goes far.

I recently rented a room in a 1930s house which hadn't been kept clean well by tenants in 40+ years. Ann cleaned everything so detailed and thoroughly that it actually felt good to breathe deep in the house, something I haven't felt comfortable doing since moving in. I am very happy with her work.
