I was referred to Doug's Plumbing approximately 15 yrs ago by another Apartment owner who had used Doug to repair a slab leak in his units.
I had a water heater go out that serviced a 10 units Apartment building in Normal Heights plus water leaking all over laundry room floor.
Doug came over, replaced the water heater, installed shut off valves on both sides of the water heater (which make replacing the next water heater an easy job). He also replaced the recirculating pump that had a bad bearing and was causing the water leaking. He did this for $1500 less than the lowest of three other bids I received.
I own 7 rental properties here in San Diego and 2 in Sedona AZ. Doug has been doing all my plumbing work on the SD properties and has replaced water heaters & air conditioning units at the Sedona Condos. He is reliable, honest, and know the plumbing business from the ground up. I am more than happy to recommend Doug's Low Cost Plumbing to any person who is tired of the outrageous prices charged by plumbing companies.
