said he would do my mobil roof call after call and keep being put off. time is now running out as escrow is about to close and roof is not done. h could have at least called and said he could not do it, left me hanging. he also never gave me a written estimate

I would like to apologize for the lack of communication, per our last conversation I thought we had until the end of the month to complete the roof repair. I did think we were on the same page, not once did I not return your calls. I did ask you to wait for me as I had other work to be done and since this was an escrow job I would have had to wait too be paid. There was an onsite estimate done when you were not home so I was not able to meet you or leave you a written quote but did have an agreement with you over the phone. After reading this review, I called right away to resolve the issue and have not had a call back. I am sorry for any concerns you may have, feel free to call me at your earliest convenience so that we may move forward.
