I cannot express into words how amazing our cake was. Not only was our wedding cake incredibly beautiful— it was BEYOND DELICIOUS. I do not have a sweet tooth at all however my husband loves all things SUGARY. Our wedding cake was the perfect mix of both of us. You cannot go wrong with their churro flavor! Our wedding cake was clearly made with an immense love for quality and a passion for making peoples special days even more special. I cannot thank Salcidos bakery enough!!
Ps: guests were asking to take pieces home, I had to turn them away.

Anthony was very responsive to my messages from beginning to end. He heard my vision and executed it to perfection. I was first impressed when he drove over an hour just to bring us samples of his work for tasting! Secondly, he made us feel super comfortable, like if we were lifelong friends. Once we tasted everything, we knew we had to hire him. The bride doesn’t like vanilla flavored cake but once she tried Anthony’s, she and the groom chose that as one of their favorites! He made the wedding cake, cupcakes and mini cheesecakes, everything was absolutely delicious.
I would 1000% hire Salcidos bakery again for any event.

Anthony made our baby shower/birthday wonderful with the cake and the cake pops and cupcakes. Everybody enjoyed it all and we had nothing left at the end. The flavors on the cake which I did peach for the top tier, and for the bottom I had raspberry they were absolutely delicious. He used real peaches for my top-tier, which everybody absolutely loved. We live an hour away from him, but he delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition. His work was perfection. He was very nice and communication was excellent. He did exactly what I asked for with no problems. I would definitely come to him again for every party I have and I would absolutely recommend him to everybody in the community. Thank you again Anthony you’re awesome.

Working with Salcidos Bakery from the first day was exceptional! Anthony was punctual upon our first meeting to discuss our selection of products. He had samples of his product for test tasting per our request and the samples of his products were tasty and very fresh!!! Throughout the process, he always ensured I had a copy of updated invoices when payments were made. He ensured he knew exactly what we wanted, as he wanted to ensure we were happy and satisfied with everything. On the day of my son’s graduation party…. the desserts went the quickest!!! The cake, cupcakes, cakesicles, cheese cake cups and lemon mousse cups were absolutely delicious!!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again!

I like to ask lots of questions to be sure on what the client wants. I like to communicate via phone or text message. A cake tasting is always available upon request.

I’ve taken many cake classes. Always doing research and training to get better. My mom is my mentor because she is the pro.
