Timothy Bayer removed the carpet and adding wood flooring and floor boards upstairs in my home and on the staircase. He did a great job, I’m satisfied with the quality of work and explaining how to take care of my specific flooring. I will reach out to him again when I need more work done and have already recommended him to my neighbor.

Tim at RestoreAssist is very knowledgeable. I had several questions and concerns as the previous flooring installers did a lvp job that only lasted a few years. Tim answered all questions I had and made sure I picked the appropriate product this time that met my needs. I also had questions and concerns as the grout I originally wanted was discontinued and replaced with a new product. I was concerned about hazing. He put me in contact with someone who reached out to the product rep to answer my questions and communicated with the installers to make sure we had no hazing issues . I’m very pleased with the overall price and experience with RestoreAssist.

Working with Tim/RestoreAssist has been fantastic. Right off the bat, he was very honest and upfront with me about what the project would entail in terms of price, timing, etc. Having just bought a new home, this transparency gave me a tremendous amount of peace of mind and allowed me to budget appropriately. Tim's knowledgeability and enthusiasm also make him very easy to work with.
Through RestoreAssist, I was able to get some vinyl flooring done which wound up looking incredible! Not only was the end result well done, the installers were punctual and worked very quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with the overall experience and plan on doing more home improvement projects with RestoreAssist in the next few weeks.

Great carpet, installed really fast. All the workers were very nice. I truly recommend RestoreAssist to anyone that needs flooring. They have the best installers in the buisness and they sell good quality flooring for a lot Lee's than all these high end flooring company's. Thank you guys for the carpet it looks and feels great. My house feels so warm and inviting.

Pricing is all inclusive. Rip up, haul away, floor preparation, tack strips, glues, product and installation and clean up, taxes, no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inform them what myself and Empire Today's relationship is and set an agenda for the appointment, so they can understand the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 appointments a day 7 days a week, 5 - 6 satisfied customers each day, 14 years in the flooring industry, selling, installing, managing, educating, problem solving.
