I am a Realtor and I am in the process of getting this home ready for the market. This was a very easy transaction as I could not go to the home that SA was cleaning as I was on Jury Duty. SA accessed the lockbox, cleaned the home, shampooed the carpet, which many cleaners don't offer this service. I went to the home the next day to see they did a very good job! The funny thing is I never met them, or had an opportunity to speak to them in person to thank them for their work! I hope to do so on the next job I give them!
