I debated giving 4 or 5 stars. Primarily because SS Clean service did not arrive at the time we agreed on (they were about 30 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances) and did not communicate ahead of time of their delays. However, They were very apologetic of this and performed such a thorough cleaning job in less time than anticipated and they even offered a discount because of the slight tardiness

I am so happy to discover S&S for my house cleaning needs. Excellent communication, responsive, and an attention to detail in their work. Asked questions when needing better direction, started and finished their cleaning assignment on time. 5 stars is not enough to express how good S&S is!
