- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is beyond fair for the quilty of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by setting up a day to go look at the property. Then I walk the property getting customers concerns, expectations and colors while explaining/suggest to the customer what tasks will be performed. If we have a start date and an agreement I would go get sample colors to ensure customer's satisfaction. Then start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying for my license. I understand that is a major factor for us to succeed.
