FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is and has always been checked two ways. Labor and material with profit, and industry standard rate for the project location. This usually dials in our number for the customer really well. It keeps us honest and builds our reputation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set an appointment, meeting, hearing the customer out, taking notes. 2. Building the bid, sending to customer, discussing questions. 3. After customer approval, we have a second meeting to go over material selections. 4. Knock out the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my guys are certified in some of the products we sell and install. We’ve literally done enough of this work that we strive to challenge ourselves on the next project, with things like, “ok what can we do on this one to make it different?” That’s when you know you’ve got it down pretty good.
