Standard pricing for REMOTE work (either by telephone, or remotely connected via computer), is $40 flat rate. Local IN-HOME service (in Central California) starts at $80/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically begin by asking questions via telephone to diagnose or troubleshoot the basics of the problem. Once we determine if the work fits within our scope, then we will ask to remotely connect to your computer to repair the issue.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for computer repair, be sure to check for qualifications or references. If a home visit is required, find someone local to avoid travel charges. Often, big chains means larger overhead, which translates to higher charges being passed onto you, the customer.
