- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is usually always for labor only unless stated. Parts cost vary so I always include those cost later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. Explain what it is I do other then what we've discussed. I explain everything clearly and for the customer to understand before any work is done or money is transferred. I respect all cultures and customs as I have travelled to other cou tribes during my Navy says and understand some cultures do things differently. I treat all homes or commerical buildings as if they were my own and I do the job right the first so no time is wasted for anyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an electrical engineering major. I learned from the best plumbers, carpenters, and handymen in the Sacramento area. Also self taught on other things not listed.
