My pricing is listed here so if you are shopping for an estimate please read on, I'm very transparent with pricing. I've been in this business for a long time & serve many vacation properties and my attention to detail and presentation is hard to match. If you are unhappy with cleaners missing dirty light switches, under welcome mats, drips on cabinets, hair in bathrooms, the front door, slider tracks ect I'm probably the right cleaner for you. If you are here only looking for a price I can tell you I typically charge 15 cents per square foot for standard and 25 cents per square foot for deep cleans. There is sometimes that I clean for less but just know before reaching out that's kind of my starting point on pricing. Please Note There is a $100.00 fee for excessive build up, pet hair and or pet urine clean up ** thank you for understanding ** Move in and move outs are priced between .35-.50 cents per square foot with exterior windows being more. Deep Cleans are my favorite, don’t hesitate to call. We have openings for Move Ins, Move outs, Commercial cleans & monthly deep cleans.
