When i was looking for a trainer, i chose Danny because he was able to develop a program for my needs. I have been idle for 6 months due to the covid 19 and i want to get back to playing semi pro football next season, since this year was cancelled. I needed to do overall things like dynamic stretching, ladders, bear crawls, etc. All these exercises are more 'football' type drills and Danny was able to adapt to my special needs. After a couple of sessions, i left soaking wet, feeling awesome and hopefully will be back on the field next year.
