- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) find out exaclty what they are looking for. 2) give them an estimate over the phone or preferably on site 3) set up at time line of the estimated beginning and end date of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience and have layed thousands of square feet of hard wood, engineered, and laminate wood flooring.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently did a beautiful engineered walnut floor. It was glued down and was 1400 square feet. The company that made the floor did and amazing job and everything installed beautifully and with incredible easy. The project was completed in one week. And the home owners was just one of those people that you love to work for because they truly appreciate your work. The home was on a hill top with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a beautiful floor for an amaZing customer
