My security was an hour late. I received a call from the security guard, Griffin, that he wouldn't be coming in and that he would have another security guard replace him by 12:15 pm. No one showed until 1:30. The guard I did receive was very professional its unfortunate that the lack of follow through from the initial guard put the second one in a very unprofessional position. If you're going to make a last minute change it needs to be done right. I depend on security to protect me and If my guard is an hour late to a meeting already started my safety was compromised.

When you're hiring a vender that you've never hired before it can be nerve racking especially if they don't have a lot of reviews and even more so if the event is something very important like your wedding. However, I took the plunge after speaking with Ed on the phone. I felt comfortable that Ed understood my needs and would send the right person. He responded immediately with reference requests. He was easily available via phone and text and email for any concerns. He sent a picture of the guard ahead of time and I was even given the option to select a different guard when I deemed that an older guy in his 30s might be better for the job. I was also really happy that the guard came out a couple days in advance of the event date to review the site, get a run down on how to operate our iPad guest list and security cameras and understand his duties. The guard that Ed sent was very nice and followed all of the instructions to the letter. He was dressed very nice in a suit for the event (my wedding) and kept any wedding crashers away from the private event. The rate was competitive, the service professional, and communication excellent and I'd definitely hire this company again to guard an event in the future. I was very happy with Protection Force Private Security.

I am not too happy with the services provided. The security guard came almost two hours late, he never physically came inside and introduced himself or anything. During the whole night he let people do as they please at the event after I told him what needs to be enforced. He kept calling my mom outside to tell her to basically do what we hired him to do. It was almost like he was scared to talk to people and tell them to stay inside and not hang out front.
