Dennis and Alex from Appliance Technical Services responded to my request for microwave repair very quickly. They arrived at our home 15 minutes later, and assessed the problem. They returned a day later, with the necessary replacement parts and fixed it. Their prices were fair ( I’d done my homework.) AND they gave advice on caring for our other appliances.

Appliance Tech was great. Two technicians came out to fix my refrigerator's compressor and did so in a timely, clean and professional manner. It even required a software update and they took the time to order the part for the update and come out on a separate day and finish the job at no additional cost! They were honest and courteous and I would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent experience. He text me that he could come early and he was on time. Explained to me what needed to be done and the cost. Very reasonable. He fixed my dishwasher and cleaned up the work area. Noticed I needed area under my refrig. cleaned out. Didn’t even charge me extra. I would definitely recommend him and call on him again. Thank you.
