- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and use only Factory Authorized Parts for all of our repairs. Our service fee is always waived when our customers authorize the repair work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather all necessary information from our customer regarding their appliance (Manufacturer, Model Number, and Symptoms or Issues). We then schedule an appointment for a Diagnostic Service. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we give an estimate for repairing the appliance, including parts and labor. If the customer wants to proceed with the repair, our service fee is waived. If the customer chooses to replace the appliance instead of proceeding with the repair, we simply collect our service fee.
