- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work directly with the customer by phone and/or email, creating the perfect menu for their event. Chef Wayne can and will cook and special requests asked by our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Wayne Magnusen is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with a decade of experience leading teams at Gastro Pubs in LA and a 5 star resort in Newport Beach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Wayne wanted to bring a unique dining experience to customers on a more personal level, building each individual menu directly with the customer. Sunset Catering has years of experience in Food and Wine Festivals serving thousands of people, all with the same great taste and integrity on every plate.
