- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing is competitive to the market. I also believe, you get what you pay for. The price includes an easy to read workbook and certification card, good for 2 years. We pride ourselves on making sure the student feels comfortable to save a live, when they leave the classroom. The student is a reflection of us and our instruction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our typical process is making an introduction to a new client and advising them of the credentials we possess to instruct a class. It is a way to let our clients know about our background training and experience to give them a peace of mind. We also like a little background on the need for certification, for example, if it is a work place, we like to know of common injuries or the need for certification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an EMT, certified to instruct CPR/ First Aid, AED, Pediatrics, Blood born pathogens. Also certified in Professional Rescuer. I have been certified as an EMT and instructor for 20 years. My wife assists me with instruction and is certified in CPR/ FirstAid, AED, Pediatrics and Blood born pathogens. She has been certified to instruct for approximately 20 years. She is also a certified personal trainer.
