Who knew signing up to a yoga class would forever change my life for the better? Taking Rebecca's class would leave me with not just a work out... it filled me with hope, serenity, energy, positivity and life long connections to people I now consider to be family, including Rebecca. None of which would of been possible if the class was taught by anybody else. If you are lucky enough to hire Rebecca you will see that she is deeper than a yoga teacher and more caring than a doula. She is a life coach that empowers you to empower yourself mentally and physically. Namaste.

I have known Michelle for over 10 years and she has always had a love for taking care of children. So without a doubt I contacted her to help me with my postpartum needs. I'm a first time mommy and after I delivered at 10:37 there was no lactation consultant on staff! Michelle was able to get through to my room at 3:30am so that she can talk me through breast feeding for the first time! She also sent me helpful videos. Once I was released from the hospital my little one had a stuffy nose, not a cold just stuffy from getting use to breathing her new world. Michelle recommended some tips that worked like a charm to clear her right up. I could write a novel to speak praises about Michelle and embracing babies but these are just a few examples of how Michelle has been an amazing postpartum doula for me and my daughter. Thank you so much for all you do.

I absolutely adore Annie! Over the past few years I've been lucky to take a full spectrum of yoga with her, from prenantal to gentle to flow. Her chiropractor, doula, and yoga teacher background make her an exceptionally qualified and effective healer. She carries a wealth of knowledge and loves to share. I've taken prenatal yoga with her throughout my pregnancy and credit her class with making my sciatic aches and pains disappear.

Amie helped us with many things through our journey into parenthood. She helped us with baby planning and preparing for labor, acted as our birth doula, and helped us at night when we brought our son home. I was so happy to have her in the house. We had developed such a close relationship by the time I actually gave birth that I felt 100% comfortable with her and trusted her implicitly. She was great at helping us stay on a schedule and get our son sleeping through the night. I could not have done it without her and I'm happy that I'll be working with her again soon as we are expecting baby number 2!

The way in which Emily came alongside me during labor was exactly what I needed as I went through the most difficult thing I've ever done - not only her experience, but also her ability to turn that into helpful practical wisdom, emotional support and genuine empathy. And ultimately, when labor was at its most intense, it was simply Emily's presence that bolstered me. My labor was incredibly internal and focused inward, from about the time my water broke onward. I didn't want to talk or think about other things, and Emily totally got in sync with that the moment she showed up at my house. She was not chatty or talkative, and she did not try to distract me. She was incredible at being in the background, letting my husband and I do our thing and just being whatever we needed, unless I wanted her to come closer in, which she then did. She also served as a practical guide through labor, making several suggestions at key moments to help move my labor forward or help me cope with the pain, as needed. I turned out to be the kind of person who wanted a female companion in addition to my husband to be with me through labor; Emily was exactly the person I needed.

Interested in the Bradley method, suffer from chronic back pain (prior to pregnancy but pain has increased this last month). We have less than a month to go and I'm very nervous, my pelvic bone hurts so bad it makes it difficult to walk or move. We want to do all our training in one day so maybe a Saturday/Sunday soon.
