Jacob is an amazing trainer! He’s affordable, very knowledgeable about fitness, and always works around my schedule. He pushes me to improve without ever making workouts feel like a chore, and I actually look forward to every session with him. Highly recommend!

Jacob was awesome! After meeting him, he immediately started figuring out what would be my speed rather than getting me started on something like a generic plan. He’s a great trainer and really cares about those wanting to improve their health through working out. If you feel lost and needing some guidance in your workout journey, I would totally recommend Jacob!

Jacob is very understanding and knowledgeable. He listened to my goals and what I was looking for and helped me out for a good price without pushing for more than I needed. Jacob manages to keep each session new so you don’t get bored with a work out and the best part is I started to see my strength build over a short time! Each session gets harder but not to a point where you want to give up. Schedule with Jacob now if you want to improve physically! Super flexible too with scheduling, everyone’s busy!
