Jacob is an amazing trainer! He’s affordable, very knowledgeable about fitness, and always works around my schedule. He pushes me to improve without ever making workouts feel like a chore, and I actually look forward to every session with him. Highly recommend!

Jacob was awesome! After meeting him, he immediately started figuring out what would be my speed rather than getting me started on something like a generic plan. He’s a great trainer and really cares about those wanting to improve their health through working out. If you feel lost and needing some guidance in your workout journey, I would totally recommend Jacob!

Always great energy and laughs! Even with all the cliental Jacob has, he always try’s his best to work with my schedule and find a time that works for me. His knowledge and experience in training really shows and he’s such a great sport through all my complaints! 10/10 recommend!

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
