Jacob is very understanding and knowledgeable. He listened to my goals and what I was looking for and helped me out for a good price without pushing for more than I needed. If I decide I want more fitness help in the future, I'd be glad to pay for his services again. I highly recommend him to anybody in the area looking to get in better shape.

Always great energy and laughs! Even with all the cliental Jacob has, he always try’s his best to work with my schedule and find a time that works for me. His knowledge and experience in training really shows and he’s such a great sport through all my complaints! 10/10 recommend!

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.

I definitely liked this place gunna go back! No gym crowdness which is what I liked a lot and trainer knew what he is doing had an experience before that the trainer didn't really know what he was doing
