- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest but I do quality work, on time and I am very honorable. I take pride in doing what I say I will do and doing honest straight forward business with a good attitude.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is very simple: Meet, discuss the project and budget then start field measurements as needed if we are going to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the Ironworkers Union (Local 433) and became a certified structural welder and I learned how to do metal work. Before that I took 6 years of wood shop in junior high and high school and continued to work carpentry after I graduated.
