I would have gladly clicked punctuality and professionalism but unlimited to 3 aspects. He did a great job all around. On time, easy to in explanation of options and instructions for use of new opener. The first picture shows the old unit the second the new one, the pad outside and inside. Everything works terrific and I thought pretty reasonable. The best part is they came the same day that I called probably I was just lucky.

David was excellent. He assessed the issue. Listened to what I wanted done. Then provided excellent advice saying he could do what I was asking, but he recommended a different solution. In the end, I went with his recommendation. He on time, diligent, and thorough. Should I have needs in the future, I will hire ND Garage in the future.
