- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and fair. I usually give flat price after I see photos or come for estimate. No hidden fees. Materials are separate unless we agree. For larger projects I can offer bundle discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer sends photos and details. I review and give price. If needed, I come for quick estimate. We schedule the job, I show up on time, complete the work clean and professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have strong hands-on experience in installation and repair, with many years of practical field work.
