- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we will contact the client who will provide a description of the project to be completed, during which more precise details (time frame and budget) will be discussed. An appointment time will be set-up with the client to perform the work. A phone call or text to confirm appointment time will occur usually the day before or the morning of the scheduled task or project. Once the project is completed to satisfaction we will accept payment. A standard 45 day warranty of the work is typically applied to all tasks and projects, this is to ensure client satifaction and continued confidence in our workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 10 years in construction on big building in NY with carpentry, and in the last 5 years I worked as a handyman in a company in NY, Pennsylvania.
