As Gallup-Certified Performance Coach, my mission is to help people identify who they are by recognizing their innate talents as individuals. Discovering the things that give you energy could lead to ultimate success in all aspects of life – work, relationships, school, and teams. I will coach you to develop talents into strengths as well as recognize the strengths of those around us to develop complementary partnerships in the workplace and life.
One of my focuses is is on the differences between individuals. I intuitively observe each person’s style, motivation and how each builds relationship. I hear the one-of-a-kind stories in each person’s life. I am a keen observer of other people’s strengths, I strive to draw out the best in each person. I believe that the secret to great teams is casting by individual strengths so that everyone can contribute what they do best to create a richer whole.
One of my specialties is in helping people access their stories and build emotional literacy, whether coaching, or leading workshops and seminars I offer practical tools for investing in natural talent and applying strength based performance to every aspect of life. My clients gain access to their personal narratives and develop the strength for personal and professional success.
I also find finds great joy in presenting Strengths Finder to individuals and teams, and am very comfortable in large group settings due to my background and experience. I understand how vitally important it is to know who you are and the confidence that comes with that knowledge. I find great joy in helping people and teams be the best they can be.
I will utilize my multiple certifications and assessments to create a unique coaching experience for each client.

I only have words of praise and positivity when it comes to Douglas Berry. Douglas is a genuinely kind person who is insightful and kind as he listens to where you are at in your life currently and the directions you are looking to take. He has incredible positive energy and is invested in understanding who you are and ultimately understanding and verbalizing what could be the best version of you. I was going through a tough transition in my personal life and with his coaching we were able to discuss my strengths and truly bring inspiration and motivation to goals and aspects that I want to accomplish. With the coaching and discussions, Douglas was a champion and motivator guiding me reach deeper than surface and find success through development of the skills, values and strengths that I already possess. I can't say enough of my time with Doug.
During a difficult time of transition for me, he provided clarity, guidance and support that I found incredibly invaluable.
His coaching foundation is StrengthFinders - and in the first session, thru his insights I immediately realized certain things about myself that were so key to rebuilding certain parts of how I had been approaching my work. But that is not the extent of what Doug brings to the table.
Doug has an innate ability to go beyond the surface. Through his insights, ability to listen and life experience, what started as a way for me to get professional/job search/interviewing support quickly became much more. I found myself discovering other personal aspects of my life and began to find hope and clarity.

I was so fortunate to find Doug, especially for my first time participating in lifecoaching. Doug was beyond helpful and really made me realize how positive this was for me. Both my husband and I had the privilege of being coached by Doug weekly for about 6 months. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic rate is $100 per hour I do offer a package of seven sessions for $500 which I recommend as seven sessions as a minimum starting point
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest an initial conversation which is free of about 10 to 15 minutes to get a sense of your expectation and goals and whether were a fit both in chemistry and in technique
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of coaching experience, I have three levels of certification from Gallup strengths finder, I’m a certified leadership challenge facilitator, I’m a certified launch coach, and I have multiple other certifications in a Coaching field.
