- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate: 1-8 hours = $60 per hour; 9-16 hours = $55 per hour; 17+ hours = $50 per hour. Discounts: First time client - 10% off the 2nd room; Refer a friend: 10% off; Monthly customer: 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do free consultations in order for us to see the work you want done and in order for you to see if you would want to work with us. Going forward, we will work with your schedule and cater to the time frames that work for you. We welcome the help (only if you would like to be involved), feel free to work with us during that time!
