Danielle is a great and knowledgeable trainer. She has an answer to all of my questions. I went to Danielle because I kept hurting my back while working out and she has helped me to correct my form and imbalances. She is awesome! I Highly recommend her as a trainer!

Danielle is my personal trainer at Rise Above Fitness in Huntington Beach, Ca. I have been working out with her for about a year and two months. In this time, she has helped me achieve goals we set together. Using her advice and personalized programs all of my major lifts (bench press, squats, Deadlift etc.) have increased substantially. All this while gaining strength and losing body fat as well. She makes herself easily available for questions and is very flexible with her schedule. I could not ask for a better trainer, she is the best. I highly recommend her to all fitness levels.

I began training with Danielle in November of last year for powerlifting training and can say without a doubt that she is the best coach ever! She has helped me with form, guidance on my diet, and my first competition over the past year and I've been so extremely happy with my progress. I highly recommend Danielle for powerlifting or strength training in general, she's helpful, personable, and you can tell that this is her passion in life. It's great to know that your trainer is so passionate about her job and especially her clients.

Danielle is a fantastic trainer. I have always wanted to increase my squat and deadlift numbers but could not get very far due to having degenerative disks in my lower back(and i'm only 27, thank you Marine Corps). I couldn't finish my 3rd set of deads without my lower back shooting with pain and eventually feeling numb. Training with Danielle has allowed me to pass initial goal of a 400lb DL and I was able to get 435 on my last max, pain free. Danielle is awesome and I am encouraging my girlfriend to start training with her soon. Thank you Dee!
