Danielle is a great and knowledgeable trainer. She has an answer to all of my questions. I went to Danielle because I kept hurting my back while working out and she has helped me to correct my form and imbalances. She is awesome! I Highly recommend her as a trainer!

Danielle is my personal trainer at Rise Above Fitness in Huntington Beach, Ca. I have been working out with her for about a year and two months. In this time, she has helped me achieve goals we set together. Using her advice and personalized programs all of my major lifts (bench press, squats, Deadlift etc.) have increased substantially. All this while gaining strength and losing body fat as well. She makes herself easily available for questions and is very flexible with her schedule. I could not ask for a better trainer, she is the best. I highly recommend her to all fitness levels.

Danielle is one of the best trainers in the Orange County area! I started training with Danielle in March of 2018 and since then I have competed in two power lifting competitions, placing in both meets. Her results are amazing! She has really pushed the envelope in seeing just what my body is capable of doing. Yes, I come from a sports background and a decent foundation to begin with, but with her support and guidance, she has really been a key part with me loving and learning an entirely new sport! One of the best attributes with Danielle's coaching methods, theory, and techniques, is that her style brings in a diverse set of clientele. She has the knowledge and experience to train anyone from all walks of life. Danielle is skilled, kind, honest, and is determined to help all her clients reach their goals. There is no secret ingredient here. She comes with commitment and expects the same in return. If you ever get a chance to train with her, you have been blessed with the best!

I started working with Danielle in September of 2018. I was interested in competing in a powerlifting meet and with her experience as a competitor and a coach, I thought she was an excellent choice. Danielle was honest and consistent about her pricing of coaching and kept her word when we had sessions unless there was a valid excuse (illness, etc. on either end). We went on to prepare for my first powerlifting meet and not only did she program my workouts appropriately after discussing with me my goals, if I had any injuries, etc . and she was more than flexible when training days were “off” and the program needed to be adjusted accordingly. She would always reply to my texts about questions about my program or general training tips with appropriate and well thought out responses. Danielle is a great coach and as well as a mentor and I would highly recommend her to anyone starting their powerlifting journey or if they have any other fitness goals.

    Pricing is dependent on how many times per week you see me. I do monthly fees, not per session.

    First sessions on me. I like to sit down with them and go over goals and make sure our styles mesh well.

    I'm a NASM certified trainer.
