FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices can be flexible when some available options are not needed. Contact us for a custom quote. Non-profit fundraisers with tax-id may also receive discounts. For custom quotes please contact us directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep it simple. Our typical process is to listen to our clients needs, gather information and clarify anything unusual. The fun part is the day of the event when the smiles and laughter in the booth come rolling in!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the basics of photography as an elective in High School and received a tech award. I continued my education with a forensic photography class I took at Golden West College where I learned a lot about making light bend in dark situations. I attended Art Institute for graphic design where I learned about color theory, depth perception with space and shadows. I worked as a photo technician at a convenience store and as a school photographer at a traveling school portraits company and a scanning tech at a photo scanning company. My most recent education is from CSULB in psychology where my analytical thought process, attention to detail and get it right the first time approach comes from.
