- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can calculate just how much money you will save by professionally staging your home. I take all your current costs; mortgage, utilities, etc. and compare that to staging your home so it will sell faster and for money. Price decreases you will have to consider the longer your property stays on the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting where I listen to what they want. I will work with. Them and their budget and wish list. If I am staging a home - once the contract is signed - we go to work and start cleaning, decluttering and staging - once the house hits the market - it will be ready to show.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and belong to the local and international chapters.
