I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!

Yung Construction did a complete remodel of one of our bathrooms last week. The bathroom is gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. The project manager, Joshua, was constantly on top of scheduling and progression of the work. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed. Dwell Real Estate Group came in and helped us remodel my aunt’s condo when we moved her into a retirement home. After the remodel and upgrades were done we used Dwell to find a qualified renter and to manage the rental. After about a year of renting, we came into a situation where we had to sell the condo. Dwell helped make this an easy and stress-free process as the tenant decided to purchase.
