Although I've only selected S.I.G. a short while ago, I'm very impressed with Mike Shaar's property management knowledge and that of his team. Kyle went to my rental during the first week after we signed the agreement, toured the rental and took photos. Mike and Kyle seem to have personalities that relate well to both the owner and tenants. They are a very professional organization and I'm looking forward to a long relationship.

Cliff and SoCo team are very professional and effective at placing tenants into our property timely even under very slow November. Through phone conversation, I was convinced that this is a dependable company. After interactiion with them for some time and experienced their services, I am very happy that we made the right decision to use their help. What can I say, she just gets me. Vee is a highly professional and creative soul who i vibed with from the start. She listened to my needs and then created space plans and color concepts from inspiration images. Vee helped me use my existing pieces and sourced new pieces for purchase. Dennis does it all for me when I need maintenance or new upgrades on my Gardena Rental property. He is very conscientious in his work, and even sends me pictures when it is done. He recently directed the installation of a new roof, and got me a very good deal on it too.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)

Real Property Management did a great job renting out my property recently. They rent out my condo in Westwood significantly higer rent than I initially requested. When my current tenant on month-to-month lease gave me a sudden 30 day notice to move out in the middle of the month, I hired RPM Choice to take care of my rental property. Before my current tenant even left, RPM Choice was able to quickly lease the property to qualified applicants to move in on the 21st of the month. During the 5 days of the vacancy between the tenants, they scheduled in advance to remove old shower frame, change keys, install new frame-less shower doors, tile and grout cleaning and reseal, and deep cleaning of the entire condo before the new tenant moves in, so I only lost 5 days rental income in between and got the condo much needed upgrade. I received quality work on all the repairs and maintenance work by the vendors they selected at commercial discounted rate. I am very happy with their services so far and I am very confident that they will do a great job managing the condo.
