Roof Repair or Maintenance
Aguilar roofing was great. They came the same day as I put in a request for a quote, and completed the job a few days later. Miguel gave me a 1 year guarantee on his work which was nice. I would hire them again.

Roof Repair or Maintenance
Miguel did a great job repairing our flat roof area around a skylight. We had a bad leak at all four corners of the skylight into our bathroom. Repair only took a couple of hours. He also recommended a vent cover as one of the vents was exposed. Pricing was okay. Not sure if other people would have came out cheaper, but wanted to get it done before the rain came this year. And what rain we had so far, the repair has held up well, so I'm happy.

Roof Repair or Maintenance
Awesome work! He took time to explain the issues he was seeing, took pictures, and repaired the roof. He made sure to be comprehensive and cover all of the spots that could turn into issues to prevent future leaks or issues. Highly recommended.

Roof Repair or Maintenance
Miguel did a really good job water sealing the roof over our garage. The only issue we had was that we were initially told the job would take two people and two days. Instead, it only took one person (Miguel) three hours, but the price was the same. In the end, minus materials, we paid about $200/hour for the work performed.
