I had the Flo by Moen installed by Wish Granted and plumber Arthur, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! They were incredibly responsive and provided a fair, transparent quote. Arthur Rambo was great! We were able to set a same day appointment which was wonderful because we had a major pipe leak. Scheduled installation of new pipes, arrived on time and finished same day. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with their service.

Chris was our plumber and he was awesome! Fixed the issue we had and also let us know about another issue that we didnt know about and fixed that as well. He has great customer service skills and goes above and beyond.

Fantastic service. Clogged kitchen sink. As soon as I inquired, someone reached out to me and got the ball going. Arthur Rambo was the one who came out and he did an awesome job. He was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He knew what he was doing and finished the job in no time. He even helped me with another problem I had and gave suggestions to prevent future issues. I couldnt be happier.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. You can either submit a request online or give us a call, and our 24/7 customer service team will gather your information and schedule your appointment. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation notification along with a link to an introductory video about our company. When your technician is on the way, you’ll also receive a photo, a short bio, and a live tracking link so you know exactly who to expect and when they’ll arrive.
When we arrive, you can expect professionalism from start to finish. Our technicians wear clean uniforms, use shoe covers, and lay down protective mats to keep your home clean and respected.
