Arthur at Wish Granted showed up on time and snaked our sink that had been clogged for a while. He was friendly, professional and great with our dog, who is not great with everyone! Price was also very reasonable. We will definitely be using this service again!

I got Wish Granted's number from Navien, the tankless water heater maker. My hot water was taking a long time and never got really hot.Arthur Rambo (really!) came out and diagnosed it quickly. I had the company that installed it come out and they weren't sure about cause. Arthur understands the system and has an engineering mind. Once he got the parts, fixed it and no more lukewarm showers! Nice guy and great service.

Our process is simple and customer-focused. You can either submit a request online or give us a call, and our 24/7 customer service team will gather your information and schedule your appointment. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation notification along with a link to an introductory video about our company. When your technician is on the way, you’ll also receive a photo, a short bio, and a live tracking link so you know exactly who to expect and when they’ll arrive.
When we arrive, you can expect professionalism from start to finish. Our technicians wear clean uniforms, use shoe covers, and lay down protective mats to keep your home clean and respected.
