I had one of my best yoga experiences. It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I never imagined to be able to do what she helped me learn and practice. Gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and flexible. She is an amazing, dedicated yoga teacher.
