Lou Serrano is awesome!! I hired him for my Mom's 80th Birthday Party. We had 40 - 45 people at our home. Lou was very personable, and kept in touch with me by phone during the booking process (which was extremely easy), and on the day of the party. When he arrived, he was very polite, and mingled with the guests, who didn't realize he was a magician, until he surprised them with his strolling magic. He is excellent in slight-of-hand, and really delighted our guests. After a brief break, and setting up an area indoors, Lou performed a stage show that was absolutely amazing. My father had been an amateur magician, and Lou added an illusion into the show that my dad used to do, which made it very special. My guests are still talking about what a wonderful party it was. The magic really made the day. Lou is a very talented magician, and very professional. He's just a really nice guy. Not full of himself, like some entertainers can be. He is a member of the Magic Castle. and the show he performed was first class. You will NOT be disappointed if you hire him for your event!!

I must say that I am not naturally talented when it comes to music, but Michael is very patient with me despite my challenges. He is a great teacher and a skilled musician. He breaks things down to make even the most difficult things easer. I always wanted to play "lead guitar" and was never quite able to get it right... now I can honestly say that I even surprise myself as I can actually play along to songs and improvise some cool lead riffs! Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of hiring Michael for a corporate event. He was the sole entertainer for the evening in a rather large venue, and he brought the house down! He has a voice that belongs on American Idol or The Voice, deft guitar skills, and the charisma to charm anyone passing by. Everyone had a blast and the following day I did not stop receiving compliments about the amazing act I booked. Strictly speaking, Michael made me look like a genius. Michael is also very considerate, responsive, and easy to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Whatever he quotes you, he's worth every penny, because you're basically getting Ed Sheeran + Stevie Wonder in one, at a fraction of the cost! My advice: don't hesitate to hire him because someday after he blows up you'll be glad to say you once hired Michael Barnum for your birthday party/wedding/gala.
