Axel helped me get my TV back up on the wall after another, highly rated, Home Theater person disappeared. The original company came and took my flat screen and sound bar off the wall because I was having wallpaper hung. He was supposed to come back the next morning at 11. In the morning I got a text that he would be later than planned. Over the course of several hours, I texted and called with no response for an eta. I finally contacted Axel and he was working close by. He saved the day!! I stayed home from work to have everything done so the other person not showing up was very upsetting. Axel came by and put the TV back up and made sure it was all working. It is an older model and we discussed some of the newer TV's. I love the Samsung Frame TV which displays works of art when the TV is not on. I would definitely ask Axel to set it all up when I get it. He is very knowledgeable and reliable.
