Colleen couldn't be more patient with me in my training. She has taught me Bjj weapons and Krav. She tailors the training to your abilities and your learning curve. I look forward to my lessons with her.

I hired Oscar to train my college-bound daughter and 13 year old son in self defense. Oscar's training is intense in workout and skills and the kids look forward to their sessions together. They always gain new self defense knowledge, skills, and excitement. Further, Oscar's kinesiology knowledge and professionalism shows wherein their workouts don't result in injuries. I had my son in group lessons that he wasnt that into so I told him to find an alternative and he did his research and that resulted in me hiring Oscar and having him also train my daughter to protect herself. Based on what I've seen my daughter learn, anyone who attempts to attack her will be sorry! And my son is no longer bored like he used to be in group lessons. I highly recommend Oscar! He's ultra professional, worth every penny, and makes my life easier by coming to us. Jennifer :)

In NOV 2011 the gym I had been going to for over 20 years moved to a new smaller location. In the previous 5 years I had gotten out of shape and overweight due to business travel and our first child. Luckily the gym started a new kickboxing class with Gilbert Tinoco as the trainer. It, and he,were just what I needed. I had no prior experience. Gilbert implemented a good exercise program mixed in with teaching proper punching and kicking techniques. Gilbert was attentive and motivating, and played good music. I started taking his class 3 times per week. Later on, in 2014, I also took some private lessons from Gilbert, focusing on technique. Gilbert left at the beginning of 2015 and by that time I had lost 10 lbs (not due to dieting!) and had gotten back into decent shape. I consider myself lucky to have had Gilbert as my trainer and highly recommend him!

I have been taking martial arts lessons at Full Potential Martial Arts for several months now. I love the practical self defense that is being taught. It is something that I can use right away! The instructor, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help everyone learn. Class normally starts with conditioning exercises, and it is a great workout. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of not only training with Brittany, but also teaching TaeKwonDo classes with her to students of all ages and skill levels at the Elkhart Martial Arts Studio in Elkhart, Indiana. I know for a fact that many of the students thoroughly enjoyed her being a part of class. She was always able to bring fun to the class along with some amazing skill and knowledge. It was amazing to watch the looks on the faces on the students as Brittany would demonstrate a kick or other technique. She inspired in a way that I cannot describe in words! It got to the point where students would ask me ahead of time if Ms. Mosier would be helping teach a certain class, and when I said yes, I could tell they were very happy with that response and was eager to see what the would be learning! I would highly recommend Brittany in any training or teaching environment. Students placed under her supervision will be trained properly, and will enjoy the classes without question!

Our youth nonprofit organization requested a self-defense class from Dawn and it was amazing! Dawn was extremely professional and she was able to teach an effective lesson to 25 middle and high school students. She had high expectations for everyone and taught everyone very useful techniques. She was extremely patient with the students and very hands-on. In fact, Dawn personalized her lesson, catered it to our youth, and sent it to me ahead of time. In fact, she came a week before the lesson to see the space and plan ahead. In short, we highly recommend her coaching session! We look forward to working with her again.

I have had the honor and pleasure of training with Sifu Nick Wright for the better part of the last 10 years. He and I both have trained extensively in Choy Lay Fut Kung-Fu and given that background, I know him and the subject matter very well. It is with that in mind that I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him as an instructor; so much so that I have brought him my own daughters to train with him. He has a both depth of understanding and the ever so rare and precious ability to verbally communicate that understanding in a way that is straightforward and easy to understand. Sifu Nick maintains a balanced blend of attention to detail while not getting bogged down in technicalities that would otherwise hinder growth, which I think is especially important when working with kids or adults.

Kathie has always been an excellent mentor and coach. My family and I have been training with her for over 15 years. She is not only great with kids and group lessons, but she is highly skilled in personal training for adults. We love coach Kat!

BJJ Unlimited is an incredible place for Jiu Jitsu training. The level of competition keeps me excited, the environment is very friendly and humble, and the level of instruction is wonderful. Andrew of BJJ Unlimited has truly put a great team together. It's a growing team of mainly purple, blue, and white belts, so you can join and not feel like you're always going to get clobbered by these experts. The space in the gym is probably the best part about it -- there is enough room for everyone to practice without fear of getting slammed by other people practicing too close together. It is a very safe environment to learn and ask questions, and it's a great workout. You've gotta try this place... I've been to a lot of BJJ studios and I've never been happier at BJJ unlimited.

      About

We don't believe in breaking down students to rebuild them in the image of the dancer we want. Instead, we guide our students into finding the dancer hidden inside them, the expression of what's in their hearts. If your desire is to be a professional, we can hold you to that purpose but if your desire isn't that lofty, you'll find your place here as well. And, we will be happy to help you get to whatever's your goal.
