I was skeptical of getting a trainer again because most just want your money and give you the same workouts as everyone else and dont listen to their clients goals. I was ver particular in what I wanted to archive with a PT and Trevor never stops listening to what my goals are and adapts accordingly. I probably met with 7 or 8 trainers in Dallas before I started working with Trevor and I am so glad I did. I am so excited to see what I will look like in a few months. Also self made gym where we train out of is amazing. I dont feel out of place, its always clean, and the clientele is great."See more

A dear friend recommended Travis Thiel, co-owner of Full Throttle Fitness near Polaris. After procrastinating for nearly two years, I finally sent him a message — thank goodness for his quick response and ability to get me scheduled just two days later! I felt like I had known him for years. He’s personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push you through those last few reps — all without judgment. And apparently, a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish doesn’t qualify as “real food.” Say What?! The gym is huge — the largest selection of equipment I’ve ever seen — great music, and spotless. A huge bonus! Do something good for yourself and make the call. It may just be the best gift you give yourself."See more
