Montserrat was very nice and easy to work with. She helped me choose balloon colors when I was soooooo undecided! She arrived on time and the balloons were assembled quickly. No issues with the balloons ant alol. Everyone at the baby shower loved them! The only downfall would be that she doesn’t return to pick up the balloons so you have to either pop them all or give them away. We will definitely hire her again!
