- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by how much we are cleaning. The condition of the carpet, upholstery, or tile can affect the price as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by giving each customer a free cleaning estimate over the phone, customized to each one's needs. When we arrive at their home, we walk through their home. We let the customer point out any concerns they may have and we do our best to let them know what to expect from our cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were trained and certified by the IICRS and have been cleaning for over 20 years!
