Very happy with my first Geek Logic experience, starting with the fact that the website is no frills and uncomplicated. Enter your information, explain your problem to the best of your ability and get an answer couched in non-tech person's terms. Technical problems are stressful, but Geek Logic really did make it easier.

The name here is the one I use online for privacy purposes, and my real name is Frank Lovece. I used this IT person remotely on an Apple Mail issue that Apple support could only fix if I were willing to risk possibly losing all my old mail, despite my regularly using Time Machine. Geek Logic found what to me seems a brilliant work around. Very, very satisfied with the quality of the tech work and the friendliness and "can-do" quality of the person. Price was reasonable.
