- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices do vary according to travel fees and in salon fees vs on site. I also so offer discounted prices for children.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always recommend a consultation either by phone, text, email or in person do discuss expectations, timing and texture of hair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to stay educated on working with different types of hair and styles. I have taken classed offered by Heather Chapman, Matrix, and Hair by Stephanie.
