Gabe created an incredible meal for us as part of a birthday celebration. All of the good was freshly made including the Ricotta and pickled rhubarb (by Gabe) which totally aligned with our California Fresh belief! He and his girlfriend where excellent servers and took the time to speak about the food to our guests. We couldn't be happier with this experience! Below is a Menu Gabe created for us! Hors doeuvre course -Wild mushroom duxelles, brie, en croute -Smoked salmon, horseradish in verjus, pickled shallot, on cucumber Summer veg caponata, toast points 1st course -Salad of wild arugula and sugar snap peas, rhubarb vinaigrette, fresh ricotta 2nd course -Salt-aged flat iron steak, morel mushrooms, spring garlic potato puree, spring onion soubise 3rd course -Raspberry flan baked over rich chocolate cake, cassis syrup

Gabe and Debbie are great help at my party! They are genuinely nice people to work with, very considerate and provided valuable suggestions!
