Chef Gabe was a joy to work with! I hired him for a birthday dinner for my moms 65th. Gabe took my menu ideas and created a delicious 3 course dinner that we all enjoyed! Everything from the ricotta tart appetizer to hand made pasta was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful experience working with him and would surely hire him again!

We hired Gabriel for a small dinner party for my brothers 30th bday. My brother loves bbq and Gabriel accommodated all our menu wishes. Our meal was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and delicious!

We had such an amazing experience with chef gabe for a dinner party. He was timely, considerate of our wants and created a menu that went above our expectations. We decided on a 3 course meal with drinks and we all couldn’t stop talking about how delicious they were. We can’t wait to book with him again!

Chef Gabriel was simply amazing! I booked him for my birthday weekend and not only were his prices reasonable, he let me custom make the menu. Everything he made from breakfast to dinner was delicious. I have nothing bad to say. He was professional and punctual, and even grabbed extra groceries that we needed for the house. I cannot wait to book Gabriel again soon!

Chef Gabriel made the best dinner to celebrate my dear mother in law! Although I was miles away, Gabriel was easy to communicate with. I provided him with the request my mother in law wanted, and he created the best menu ! My entire family was blown away. Once we are back in Indio we will make sure to reserve him! Even our little ones loves those kids menu !
